Steve Vivian, Director
Steve Vivian is Partner of Prism Capital. He joined Prism in August of 1999. Prior to Prism, he was an investment banker in Bank of America Securities LLC's leveraged finance group, evaluating opportunities and structuring, and executing both syndicated bank loans and high yield bonds for private equity transactions-- mainly leveraged buy outs and change of control situations.
Vivian received his M.B.A. from the University of Illinois. While there, Vivian researched venture capital relationships with universities, specifically in the area of technology transfer, and also started an information technology consulting and training firm.
Vivian currently serves on the Board of Micropack Corporation, is the Vice President of the Midwest Regional Association of Small Business Investment Companies ("MWRASBIC") and serves on the NVCA/NASBIC Education Committee which is responsible for the Venture Capital Institute series of industry training programs.
