Article: US general nominated to head allied forces in Korea says Seoul missile defenses lacking

The man picked to head U.S. and U.N. forces in South Korea says North Korea remains a dangerous neighbor, and South Korea lacks the anti-missile defenses to protect itself.

The North Korea has 13,000 artillery systems and 800 missiles, U.S. Army Lt. Gen. Walter L.
