What's the key to surviving New York Fashion Week?
Actress Blake Lively, caught in the chaotic, bustling scene at Michael Kors' runway show, offered her strategy: "Having people around you that know how to elbow people!"
Another piece of advice: "Just smile."
The "Gossip Girl" star's entourage included her publicist and sister. They were immediately swarmed by video cameras and photographers at the Wednesday presentation for Kors' spring collection in the Bryant Park tents.
