Looting and destruction in Iraq may decrease survival chances significantly for people injured during the conflict, international humanitarian agencies say.
The security situation in the Iraqi capital is still volatile, with some areas safer than others. Extreme caution is required on the streets, and curfew has been imposed from dusk to dawn, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) reported this week.
