Apr. 14--THOMAS TOMJACK, a Vancouver resident and chief executive officer of North Pacific Group, has been named to Capital Pacific Bank's board of directors. Capital Pacific Bank is a new to Portland, serving Vancouver and Portland businesses and professionals with an array of traditional banking products and services. The bank is expected to commence operations by summer.
THE BUCKLE INC. has named Corinna Oaks as manager of its Westfield Shoppingtown store, Vancouver. The new store sells fashion apparel for young women and men.
