HARRISBURG, Pa. -- HARRISBURG, Pa., April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- Pennsylvania Community and Economic Development (DCED) Secretary Dennis Yablonsky today announced seven Pennsylvania Industrial Development Authority (PIDA) loans, totaling more than $4.4 million, to create and retain 353 jobs in four counties.
