Power distributor JCE hikes consolidated profit to CZK 580 mln in 2002
Prague. April 15. INTERFAX EUROPE -The power distributor Jihoceska energetika (JCE) showed an audited consolidated profit of CZK 577.21 mln in 2002, an increase of CZK 391 mln yr/yr, according to results released by the firm.
The increase in profit was due primarily to extraordinary revenues of CZK 190 mln from an adjustment to shares, along with higher electricity sales.
The firm's sales amounted to CZK 6.43 bn in 2002, an increase of CZK 404 mln over the previous year. ...
