Golden Telecom, Inc. (NASDAQ:GLDN) announced today several new appointments within the Golden Telecom group of companies.
Vladimir Blokh was appointed Vice-President for Strategic Development. Previously, Mr. Blokh held the post of Director for Strategic Development.
Dmitry Bragin was appointed Vice-President for Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Bragin held the post of Deputy Head of the Wholesale division in EDN Sovintel LLC.
