A new video, entitled Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Handling Guide, has been launched for retailers in the Republic of Ireland.
Designed as an integral part of an overall in-house training programme, the video - launched by Bord Glas (the Horticulture Board) - provides a guide to best practice in the handling, storing and merchandising of fresh fruit and vegetables.
