It's easy to overlook the poetry in our everyday lives, especially in troubled times.
But an exhibition at Light Work of more than 40 black-and-white images taken by Florence, Mass., photographer Bill Arnold serves to sharpen our focus, reminding us of the beauty that surrounds us, the beauty that sometimes is lost in the business of life.
The show, to run through July 30, is "Everyday Poetry: Photographs by Bill Arnold" and represents a sliver of Arnold's more than 40 years of picture-taking. Jeff Hoone, Light Work's director, reviewed more than 5,000 photos at Arnold's Massachusetts studio, ...
