Paul Allen's latest plan for the Experience Music Project is out of this world.
The Seattle billionaire will turn science fiction into reality with the construction of a $20 million sci-fi museum to replace Artist's Journey, home to the "Funk Blast" multimedia exhibit that closed in January.
Opening in summer 2004, the Science Fiction Experience, or SFX, will be a multilevel, interactive shrine to Allen's lifelong love of science fiction art, literature, movies and memorabilia.
