Apr. 23--Pittsburgh International Airport's days as a hub could be over for good if local and state officials aren't able to reach an agreement with US Airways to maintain its presence here.
While other airlines might be interested in starting or expanding service in Pittsburgh should US Airways cut back, it's unlikely that any of them would establish a hub here, Allegheny County Airport Authority Executive Director Kent George said yesterday.
