OCEANFRONT - To say Marilyn Spence likes coffee would be an understatement.
Loves, adores, is just plain gaga about java, would be more accurate, and it's not just the drink. It's everything about coffee that has the Virginia Beach native enthralled.
Spence opened Cape Henry Coffee, a full-service shop at the corner of 32nd Street and Pacific Avenue, in early March.
The mother of three does more than brew, press and extract the beans. She takes them from their virgin, green state and roasts them in a huge machine installed in the back of her store.
