Apr. 25--When Latin America's economy boomed in the mid-1990s, South Florida did a bustling business selling computers, cell-phones and other wares southbound.
Now, with Latin America suffering its worst crisis in decades and many Latin currencies weak, South Florida instead is buying up more food products, apparel and goods from Latin America -- cashing in as Latin nations seek to export their way back to economic and financial health.
