Prince Prince Carol of Romania is the son of a king and a great-great grandson of Queen Victoria. Yet a twist of fate has seen him exiled in London for the past 40 years. Here, in an exclusive interview, he reveals to Selina Mills how he ended up living in a terraced house in Fulham

The Each weekday morning you can spot the distinguished figure of Prince Carol of Romania strolling across Parsons Green, his dachshund Otto von Hapsburg trotting close behind.
