Researchers attest that laughter reduces the level of the stress hormones epinephrine, and cortisol in the body. In addition, laughter triggers the release of endorphins, the bodys natural painkiller. Laughter in general puts the person in a positive frame of mind. Whats more, yogic laughter is one of the best aerobic exercises.
A Laughter Club was recently started in the Philippines by the Asian Institute of Management as part of the activities of the Students Association.
