Wall Street banker Hussain Qaragholi's entire adult life has been geared toward this moment in history.
The Iraqi-born New Yorker plans to take a leave of absence from his job to help rebuild his country's economy. The 35-year-old, who left Iraq with his family in 1980 ``because people started disappearing,'' studied business and foreign relations precisely because he'd always hoped to return to his birthplace and put his skills to use.
