Naperville Unit District 203 will end this school year more in the red than administrators had projected last summer.
District 203 will likely end this school year with an accumulated deficit nearly $2.7 million higher than anticipated last summer, but administrators say they can still reach a goal that was mapped out before last year's successful tax increase request.
They say they can still end the 2005-06 school year with an accumulated deficit of no more than $6 million.
When the board approved this year's budget last June, they expected to end the 2002-03 school year with an accumulated deficit of $13.7 ...
