At the turn of the last century, Buffalo Bill Cody was probably the most famous man on the planet. He was friends with people as far flung as Sitting Bull and Queen Victoria.
His life couldn't have been made up. He rode in the Pony Express, fought in the Indian Wars and earned his name because he could ride and shoot better than any other cowboy alive.
