SAN FRANCISCO -- SAN FRANCISCO, April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Banc Investment Group, the broker-dealer unit of Pacific Coast Bankers' Bancshares (PCBB), today announced it is offering both an ultra short duration fixed income product and an adjustable rate (ARM) mutual fund product that gives independent financial institutions higher-yielding, lower volatility investment options to enhance balance sheet management.
