NEW YORK -- NEW YORK, April 29 /PRNewswire/ -- State-sponsored funds have quickly become a force in the workers' compensation insurance market, altering the competitive landscape for the private insurers that once dominated this line of business, according to a new study by Conning Research & Consulting, Inc.
