HANOI, April 29 Asia Pulse - Ho Chi Minh City will invest in various economic sectors, including beef and dairy cattle, in the central coast province of Phu Yen until the year 2010.
Under an agreement signed last week, Phu Yen's stock of beef and dairy cattle will increase by 40,000 and 20,000 heads each year respectively.
The investment will increase beef and milk supplies to HCM City in the coming years.
Phu Yen Province, known for its thriving shrimp industry, will attract long-term investment projects from HCM City to develop local disease-free shrimp farms.
