Apr. 29--SANFORD, Fla.--No members of the Sanford Housing Authority, two of whom are completing their second full year on the board, have filed required financial disclosure forms.
One of those commissioners, Ethel Tomlin, who serves as resident commissioner on the Sanford Housing Authority board, has filed at least three affidavits with the housing authority since April 2000 indicating she does not own any real estate. But county property records show Tomlin has owned a lot on 16th Street since 1997.
Its assessed value for tax purposes is $8,323. But property ...
