IF you're afraid the fun of sex will fade in your forties, fear not. The quantity may suffer, but the quality improves.
Lovers over 45 have sex on average just twice a week but 59 per cent say it's better than when they were younger, a survey reveals.
And women are also more adventurous - with 89 per cent admitting they like to vary positions and locations, including the garden.
The National Over-45s Sex Survey carried out by Health Plus magazine shows sex is just as important as people get older.
'Older women know how to enjoy hot passion with their long-term partner,' said editor Colette Harris.
