CHICAGO -- CHICAGO, May 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Fifty-nine percent of both men and women reported that they were satisfied with their jobs, according to a new CareerBuilder.com survey. Although satisfied with their jobs, dissatisfaction with pay was a common complaint among 49 percent of men and 52 percent of women. Women also reported more stress and dissatisfaction with opportunities for career advancement. The CareerBuilder.com "Men and Women at Work 2003" survey of full-time employed men and women was conducted from March 20, 2003 to March 27, 2003.
