Charitable groups on limited budgets have a hard time affording today's new audio-visiual equipment that can help them make professional presentations. Two corporate supporters of United Way of Benton County, IBM and Wal-Mart Claims Administration, have helped the United Way launch a new A-V Loan Program for local nonprofit agencies.
