May 5--PALM JEBEL ALI READY END 2007: In total, there will be approximately 2000 villas, garden homes and town homes, together with several luxury apartment buildings and 1060 homes on stilts on The Palm, Jebel Ali, which will be 7.5km in width and 7km in length. In early April this year the signature villas, garden homes and town homes were released for sale at a cost ranging from USD509,000 to USD1.4 million each. Completion is scheduled for the end of 2007.
