The European Aeronautic Defence and Space Co.'s (EADS) newly reconstituted EADS North America branch plans to use its experience from partnerships in the United States to expand and utilize the mergers and acquisitions process to improve its place in the lucrative U.S. defense and homeland security market, according to its top official.
