PHILADELPHIA -- PHILADELPHIA, May 7 /PRNewswire/ -- Mayor John F. Street and representatives of Sunoco Welcome America! today announced It's A Wrap!, a contest open to amateur singers ages 16 to 24 who will compete for the chance to appear in the televised parade on July 4th and perform at "The Sound of Philly" concert on July 5th, part of the 2003 Sunoco Welcome America! Festival, June 28-July 6.
