Vehicle group Zasada seeks capital hook-up with financial and sector investors
Warsaw. May 7. INTERFAX-EUROPE - Poland's Zasada group, controlling half of the Polish bus market via its Autosan and Jelcz bus makers, is seeking operational support from financial and strategic investors as banks have pinned the bus sector with a high risk label, thereby making credit dear, Zasada president Franciszek Gaik told reporters Wednesday.
A decision on a capital linkage is possible this year, Gaik told Interfax.
"We are holding talks to enter into cooperation with capital partners, both financial ones and sector investors," Gaik said.
