ROCKVILLE, Md. -- ROCKVILLE, Md., May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Otsuka America Pharmaceutical, Inc. today announced its grant support of the new Minority Mental Health Awards program, established by the American Psychiatric Foundation (APF), a charitable and educational subsidiary of the American Psychiatric Association (APA).
