WARRENDALE, Pa. -- WARRENDALE, Pa., May 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) 2 of the Chevy SSR was auctioned for charity on eBay. The auction closed on Monday, May 5, 2003. Bob McDorman of Bob McDorman Chevrolet in Canal Winchester, Ohio, waited until the last two minutes of the auction to place two bids, one of which was the winning bid of $137,850.
The auctioned Chevy SSR is one of 25 Signature Series SSRs recently announced by General Motors. This highly collectible vehicle contains Signature Series features not found on any other 2003 SSR.
