Rochester, N.Y -- Eastman Kodak Company announced a definitive agreement to acquire Applied Science Fiction's proprietary rapid film processing technology, Digital PIC(TM) , and other key assets, the company's latest effort to make photography in all its forms easy and ubiquitous in a digital age.
