The Coldwell Banker Commercial(R) Orange Coast, a subsidiary of Real Estate Partners Inc., today announced that it closed a $2.25 million sale of Ocean View Inn & Suites in San Clemente, Calif.
Steve Patel, Managing Director -- Western Region, of the Coldwell Banker Commercial Hospitality Group represented both sides of the transaction located at 1301 N. El Camino Real, San Clemente.
