Fleet Real Estate Finance Group, a unit of Fleet National Bank, announced it has underwritten $150 million in financing for 600 Washington Street Associates, LLC and Morton Square Associates, LLC for the construction of Morton Square, a mixed residential project located in Manhattan's West Village.

Fleet is the lead source of financing for the project. Westdeutsche Immobilien Bank will serve as the Syndication Agent. Co-lenders include: EuroHypo AG, Landesbank Schleswig-Holstein Girozentrale, HSBC, Webster Bank, and MidFirst Bank.
