PITTSBURGH -- PITTSBURGH, May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Governor Edward G. Rendell today traveled to Pittsburgh to meet with a group of older Pennsylvanians, outlining his plan for bringing fundamental property tax relief to every community in this Commonwealth.
Standing in front of a room full of older Pennsylvanians at the Mt. Washington Senior Center, Governor Rendell described his Plan for a New Pennsylvania, which returns one and a half billion dollars to taxpayers, giving homeowners across the state significant tax relief by an average of 30 percent and no less than 15 percent to any school district across the state.
