The Constitutional Court on 14 May upheld an article in the law on bailiffs authorizing bailiffs to demand information about the bank accounts of citizens and legal entities, Interfax reported. Banks have generally refused to disclose information about their clients' accounts, prompting bailiffs to fine bank managers for not complying with their efforts to enforce court orders.
