Shanghai. May 15. INTERFAX-CHINA - A dispute has further intensified between China's largest Chinese language KIPS (keyword Internet positioning service) provider 3721.com and China Internet Network Information Center (CNNIC), who should have the official right to standardize the Chinese language KIPS market. Both parties have threatened to take legal action against each other in interview with Interfax.
