SYDNEY, May 15 Asia Pulse - Stainless steel and speciality metals company Atlas Group Holdings Ltd today announced a A$70 million (US$45 million) capital raising via an initial public share offer.

Atlas is offering 64.6 million shares in the IPO.

Atlas said it expects to have a market capitalisation upon listing of about $90 million with the retail application price for shares at $1.10 per share.

"Funds raised in the IPO will be used to fund the buyback of shares from certain existing shareholders and provide Atlas greater financial flexibility to pursue future ...
