SACRAMENTO, Calif. -- SACRAMENTO, Calif., May 16 /PRNewswire/ -- Tony Marcano of The New York Times has been named ombudsman for The Sacramento Bee, the newspaper announced today. The ombudsman is a reader advocate, serving as liaison between the public and The Bee. He will begin June 16.
