Gift from Los Angeles Foundation Will Support Construction
of 'Automated Retrieval System' at Library
Santa Clara University announced today that the Bill Hannon Foundation of Los Angeles had pledged a donation of $5 milllion to Santa Clara University.
The foundation of the prominent late Los Angeles-area developer will contribute $4 million to the Bay Area university's new library project, and $1 million for SCU's center for community-based education.
