The Arkansas Environmental Federation's Hazardous Waste Regulatory Update Workshop, which focuses on hazardous waste regulatory issues that face industry and business, will be held May 21 at the William H. Bowen School of Law in at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
Stephen Gilrein, associate director of the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act Branch of EPA Region 6, will discuss what's new with regard to corrective action from the federal perspective.
Mike Bates, chief of the Hazardous Waste Division of the Arkansas Department of Environmental Quality, will discuss new developments in hazardous waste regulation from a state perspective.
