CARLSBAD -- Samuel H. Armacost and John C. Cushman II have joined the board of Callaway Golf Co.
Armacost, 64, is the one-time president and CEO of BankAmerica Corp. He is chairman of SRI International in Menlo Park and serves on the boards of ChevronTexaco Corp., Exponent, Inc., Scios Inc., Del Monte Foods Co., and the James Irvine Foundation.
Cushman, 62, is chairman of the New York-based commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield, Inc. He and his twin brother founded Cushman Realty Corp. in 1978. He also serves on the boards of Culinary Holdings, Inc., ...
