Young people are being listened to at the heart of education policy-making, helping to shape Government thinking on issues ranging from the 14-19 education reforms to new health and safety guidance for educational visits.
The contribution made by young people who have been consulted on Department for Education and Skills' policies under the Listening to Learn initiative is outlined in a progress report published today by Ivan Lewis, Minister for Young People and Adult Skills.
