If we build it, will they come? For hospitals, that may depend on how patient-friendly the facility is compared to what the competition has to offer.
"Now you have to keep the needs of patients in mind when you build," said Jim Ainsworth of Baptist Memorial Health Care Corp. (BMHC). "It's important that you fulfill the needs of patients and make it as convenient as possible."
