The German sex industry group Beate Uhse AG said today (22 May) that it had acquired an 80% holding in the Norwegian sex products retailer Kondomeriet AS for EUR3m.

The sellers were the German company Condomi AG (51%) and a private investor (29%) who would also receive additional payments of up to NOK1.6m based on future performance, Beate Uhse said.
