ELIZABETH CITY -- Dressed for the profession she researched, Katie Luff wore blue scrubs while she presented her senior project on radiology Wednesday at Pasquotank County High School.
Luff described the equipment hospitals use to scan a patient's bones, tendons, veins and internal organs. She flipped through pages of a brochure she made to help children understand the process. The brochure showed a teddy bear sitting in the internal-scanning machines.
Other presentations of senior projects included student-made expressionist paintings, an entertainment center and a drama for children.
