Alice Springs food supplier CT Wholesalers has been purchased by Independent Grocers (IG). CT Wholesalers was formed in 1998 by two long-term wholesalers, Tully Distributors and Centralian Wholesalers. IG general manager Chris Lillicrap said the business had been for sale for some time, and IG would expand the range of food products in Alice Springs considerably. IG is a subsidiary of the South African-based multinational, Bidvest.
