WASHINGTON - The World Bank yesterday approved a $12 million zero-interest credit from the International Development Association (IDA) to support sustainable tourism in the CopAn Valley of Honduras and surrounding areas. The project will create investment opportunities for the private sector, foster employment, and reduce poverty in one of the poorest regions of the country.
