Looking to step up its game, video game publisher TDK Mediactive Inc. wants to explore strategic alternatives, including a sale of the company. And the $12 million market cap firm has retained Europlay Capital Advisors to assist it in the process.
Westlake Village, Calif.-based TDK makes video game software for different game consoles, including Nintendo Corp.'s Gamecube and Game Boy Advance systems, as well as Microsoft Corp.'s X-Box platform and, of course, Sony Corp.'s Playstation.
